AYENOR GEMS supplies loose gemstones, including Ceylon sapphires and other coloured gemstones, to Australian jewellers, gem traders, jewellery designers, collectors and other customers.

We also facilitate gemstone cutting, faceting, recutting and re-polishing services through experienced Sri Lankan craftsmen, with Australian-based communication and support.

Product availability, service scope and delivery timeframes may vary. Any specific arrangements agreed with a customer will apply alongside these terms.

3. Gemstone Descriptions and Photography

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs and available gemstone information.

Natural gemstones may vary in colour, tone, saturation, clarity, inclusions and appearance. Differences may also occur between product photographs and the gemstone as viewed in person due to lighting, screens and photography conditions.

Carat weights, dimensions, treatment information, origin descriptions and laboratory findings are provided where available. Please refer to the individual product listing and any accompanying gemmological report for details about a specific stone.

Descriptions of origin, treatment and quality will reflect the information available to us. A laboratory report should be consulted for the findings it actually records; not every gemstone is independently certified.

Unless expressly stated and supported by relevant documentation, we do not guarantee that a gemstone is untreated, that its origin has been independently confirmed or that it has any particular investment value.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD), unless otherwise indicated.

Product prices, availability and applicable shipping charges are displayed during the purchasing process or confirmed directly where an individual arrangement is required.

Payment must be completed using the payment methods made available at checkout or otherwise agreed with AYENOR GEMS.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, listing or administrative errors, subject to applicable law and any rights arising from an order already accepted.

5. Orders and Availability

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product or service. Order acceptance and processing are subject to payment confirmation, product availability and any necessary order checks.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

Before work begins, customers should ensure that the intended work, relevant fees, expected timeframes, shipping arrangements and any material limitations have been discussed.

Gemstone cutting and recutting involve working with natural material. The final result may be affected by the stone’s existing shape, inclusions, fractures, durability and other characteristics. Changes in weight, dimensions and appearance may occur during cutting or recutting.

Any particular outcome, final weight or appearance should not be treated as guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing and legally permissible.

Customers must accurately describe their gemstone and disclose any known relevant information before sending it for assessment or work.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that apply under law.
